Gin’s Inn features a blend of comfort and traditional decorating styles combined to make intimate rooms in which you will feel right at home.  Whether your stay is business or personal, you will have a pleasurable stay with all the comforts and conveniences of home at Gin's Inn. All overnight stays include hot breakfast served.

Business professionals will find Gin’s Inn a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of busy, impersonal hotels.  In-house telephones are available for local calls.  Free wireless high speed internet access is available throughout the home for our guests.  Off-street parking in Inn driveway.

Amenities for all guests include bottled water, curling irons, robes and hairdryers.  All overnight stays include breakfast.  All rooms have air conditioning and alarm clocks.  Fans and ironing boards available.

Common Areas

Our guests are welcome to enjoy conversation in the many common areas, including the dining room, balcony, parlor, comfortable living room, and seasonal veranda.

	Dining Areas Breakfast is served in the elegant Dining room at 2 round cherry tables, and Iowa Wines can be purchased and sipped while surrounded with Bistro table & Antique Heirlooms.
	Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen is available where you can prepare your daily meals for short or extended stays.
	Living Room Slow down your pace and relax in the cozy living room on the main level.  It includes a sleeper sofa, twin bed,   a rocking chair, and cable television.  Melt away tension here with a good book or a DVD movie.
	Parlor Guests will enjoy visiting in the elegant parlor room also on the main level.  It includes a Victorian sofa and chair, two Queen Anne style chairs, a wooden rocking chair, and a small fireplace.
	Balcony Watch the sun rise, play a game of cards, or take in a view of Main Street  happenings in our second story, four-seasons balcony overlooking the town.  This sunny room is a quiet haven with a small table and chairs, and ample seating areas including a rocker, leather sofa, chair, and a sofa.  It is decorated in a rooster theme with black and white furniture. Cable television with DVD player.
	Veranda Sip tea on the spacious, covered veranda, featuring white iron furniture and an open air porch with white pillars.  Here you will have an excellent view of small town happenings.  Relax and chat with the locals.
