Reservations
- Reservation is confirmed when made with credit card.
Full payment is due upon check-in.
- Check in time is arranged upon reservation. Check out time is
11:00a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with
the innkeeper.
- Room rates listed do not include applicable tax.
- Forms of payment honored are cash, check, Visa,
Mastercard, and Gin's Inn gift certificates.
(Remember to bring the certificate with you.)
- Most rooms are double occupancy with the exception
of the Garden room.
- Whole House Rental with kitchen is available.
Please inquire about extended stays or government rates.
General Information
- Breakfast is included with all stays.
- Iowa wines are
available - just inquire.
- Please inform innkeeper about food allergies at time
of reservation so we can make your stay enjoyable.
- For the comfort of all guests, smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- Children are welcome, however please inform
innkeeper in advance.
- Pets are not allowed. Boarding is available
and welcomed at local Veterinary clinic for a fee.

- Additional charge of $15 for roll-away bed
(available in Cherub room only)
- Canvas cots for children are available for $5 each
in the Suede room.
Cancellation Terms
All cancellations are given a full refund minus a $15.00
cancellation fee.
"No shows" and early departures will be charged for
the full reservation amount.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates to Gin’s Inn are available for
anniversaries, birthdays, or other special occasions.
